RECEPTION
MEDIMEX Reception is open when the Exhibition Hall is open. You can register at reception, pick up your badge and bracelet and also the bag given to all operators.
You can ask the staff at reception to help you with any problems connected with your presentation at the fair accommodation, transport and information about the programme of events.
RESTAURANTS
There are two bars and a restaurant inside the Exhibition Hall.
The two bars are open for the duration of the fair, and have the same opening and closing hours as the Exhibition Hall.
The restaurant is on the first floor of the Exhibition Hall and has the following opening hours: 12.30 to 15.30.
MEDIMEX MAIL BOX
The Lounge Area, inside the Exhibition Hall has a MAIL BOX service: one mailbox for each exhibitor and operator, in alphabetical order. This service means that you can send messages and materials immediately straight to an operator. MEDIMEX MAIL BOX has been created for operators who do not have a stand, and means that they are easy to contact. It also means that communication for and between exhibitors involved in an intense PR activity is more simple.
