HOW TO REGISTER
It is possible to take part to the Medimex as exhibitors or operators.
To proceed with the purchase you need to have access to the reserved area through the registration, filling in the corresponding forms.
After sending the form you will receive an email with your username and password to access the reserved area.
Remember that if you want to be present in the MEDIMEX catalogue, you need to buy stands / badges no later than the 10th October 2012.
If you have registered as an exhibitor you can:
- Buy your stand
- Buy badges
- Book meeting rooms for presentations or press conferences (by the 10th October);
- Candidate artists for showcases (by the 16th July);
- Register for Speed Dating (not yet active).
The stands can be bought online only. By purchasing the stand by the 13th July 2012 you will receive a 20% discount, while purchasing it before the 14th September the discount will be 10%.
For those who have been exhibitors during Medimex 2011, by purchasing the stand by the 13th July 2012 you will receive a 30% discount.
All the ACEP, AFI, FEM, FIMI, ASSOMUSICA, AFI,PMI, AUDIOCOOP, ZONE FRANCHE, VALLONIE BRUXELLES MUSIQUES, BUREAU EXPORT associates are entitled to a 30% discount.
If you have registered as an operator you can:
- Buy badges;
- Book meeting rooms for presentations or press conferences (by the 18th October);
- Candidate artists for showcases (by the 16th July);
- Register for Speed Dating (not yet active).
The badge gives you access to the fair and to the evening showcase that will be held during Medimex 2012.
The booking of conference rooms and the application of artists for the showcases will be enabled after purchasing at least one badge.
If you are from Puglia, you are entitled to a 50% discount on purchase stand, badge and meeting rooms!
During Medimex you can buy, after registering at the box office, badges and /or daily expo tickets to access to the exhibition hall.
