Reserved Area
On the website www.pugliasounds.it/medimex you can view the information about your stand.Logging in the “reserved area”, you will be able to view: stand and badge number purchased (in My Orders), exhibitors and operators list and selected showcases.
You can contact other operators in order to make your business as productive as possible during the fair!

Stand set up and dismantle
It will be possible to set up the stand only on Thursday, November 24, 2011 from 09:00 to 19:00.You can dismantle the stand on Sunday, November 27, 2011 from 14:00 to 19:00 and on Monday, November 28, 2011 from 09:00 to 19:00.
NOTE: Both for setting up and dismantling of the stand it is necessary to fill in and hand the "Work Permit" attached to the "Exhibitor's Manual” and “Technical Regulations" that you find in the Download section of the reserved area.
The "Exhibitor's Manual" and "Technical Regulations" contain a lot of useful information, including opening and closing times of the fair, so we do recommend you to consult it.
Stand Extra Equipment
The stand includes side walls 3m high and made in wood: it is possible to apply promotional material on the walls without damaging the original state (you can not pierce the walls).The furniture included in the pre built stands is shown in the following section: www.pugliasounds.it/medimex/en/49/STANDS_AND_BADGES_COSTS/
It is possible to order extra forniturs by forwarding requests to info@pugliasounds.it. You will receive as answer a quote.
Upon arrival at the fair, please check that the order is as required and report any errors and changes to one of our managers.
It is not possible to ask for additional material on Thursday, 24 if not previously booked.
Deliveries at the fair

Deliveries will take be allowed from Monday, November 21 until Thursday, November 24 during the following hours: from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.
Please communicate with an e-mail at info@medimex.it the name of the courier, the amount of packages sent and the expected date of delivery.
