Targets
With this Notice, the TPP intends to acquire project proposals for the internationalization of the Apulian music system, conceived by sector operators (festivals, labels, distributors, management agencies, associations, artists, communication agencies), with the aim of strengthening the attractiveness and positioning of the Puglia “brand” on the international scene through participation in fairs and conventions included in Annex A and also in fairs and conventions not included in the list in Annex A but considered strategic for the proponents
Eligible subjects
Regional, national or international entities established in any legal form, which possess the following requirements, can submit internationalization projects for the Apulian music system:
- hold a VAT number with ATECO / NACE CODE codes linked to the music supply chain: from the artist / performer to the management / music edition, to the booking, to the label, to the physical and digital distribution of the artistic product, to the communication of musical products; in the case of international entities, hold documentation certifying the performance of activities related to the music industry. For non-European companies, to be holders of documentation certifying the carrying out of production and / or distribution and / or organization of live performances of an artistic nature;
- comply with current legislation on employment relationships and collective bargaining agreements for the sector in force in the country of origin of the subject;
- be up-to-date with contributions to social security institutions;
- not be in any of the conditions of exclusion from participation in tenders pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 Code of Contracts.

How to submit the application
The application for participation can only be submitted using the relevant online forms. Other forms of submission of the application will not be accepted.
