Targets
With this Notice Puglia Sounds-TPP intends to carry out a survey of original projects of multimedia productions having music as the main language, in order to define its own streaming programming and to promote the digital distribution of the same projects to strengthen a new production model. and enjoyment of the Apulian music system.
Puglia Sounds-TPP intends to encourage creative work aimed at the production of original content, promoting collaborations between artists both on a local and international scale.
Eligible subjects
The subjects of production and / or distribution and / or entertainment organization from vivo of an artistic nature and record labels based in Italy or abroad and established in any legal form, which are in possession of the following requirements:
- be the holder of a VAT number / VAT Code with ATECO / NACE CODE 90.01.09 or 90.02.09 or 59.2. For non-European subjects, to be subjects of production and / or distribution and / or organization of live performances of an artistic nature and / or record labels;
- comply with current legislation on employment relationships and collective bargaining agreements for the sector in force in the country of origin of the subject;
- be up-to-date with contributions to social security institutions;
- not be in any of the conditions of exclusion from participation in tenders pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 Code of Contracts.
