Targets
With this Notice Puglia Sounds-TPP intends to create an artistic / cultural program of new record productions “Puglia Sounds Record 2023 Young & Senior” capable of promoting the creativity and cultural heritage of Puglia.
Through this Notice, Puglia Sounds – TPP therefore intends to carry out a survey of artistic – cultural projects for the creation, promotion and distribution of new record productions
Eligible subjects
Projects for the creation and promotion of new record productions, consistent with the requirements set out in the previous Article 3 (Eligible Projects), can be submitted by regional, national or international entities established in any legal form, which are in possession of the following requirements:
- hold a VAT number / VAT Code with ATECO / NACE CODE 59.2…; for non-European subjects, to be music publishers or record labels;
- comply with current legislation on employment relationships and collective bargaining agreements for the sector in force in the country of origin of the subject;
- be up-to-date with contributions to social security institutions;
- not be in any of the conditions of exclusion from participation in tenders pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 Code of Contracts.
