Targets
By the present Call, Puglia Sounds–TPP intend to intend to carry out a survey of live music projects with an artistic-cultural nature and projects of multidisciplinary artistic-cultural live shows having live music as the main artistic language to be staged throughout Italy, in order to promote and enhance the role of Puglia in the national and international tourist and cultural landscape, adding new dates to the national calendar of artistic and cultural events. By including Puglia among the regions where it is possible to plan tours, it is also intended to promote the circulation of artistic projects on the regional territory. The projects presented must be carried out on the national territory in the period between 10 January and 30 June 2023.
Eligible subjects
They can present musical or multidisciplinary artistic-cultural projects, having live music as their main language, to be carried out in Italy, including the Puglia Region, consistent with the requirements set out in the previous article 3 (Eligible projects), regional, national or international institutions established in any legal form, which are in possession of the following requirements:
- be holders of a VAT number with ATECO / NACE CODE 90.01 or 90.02. For non-European companies, to be holders of documentation certifying the carrying out of production and / or distribution and / or organization of live performances of an artistic nature;
- comply with current legislation on employment relationships and collective bargaining agreements for the sector in force in the country of origin of the subject;
- be up-to-date with contributions to social security institutions;
- not be in any of the conditions of exclusion from participation in tenders pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 Code of Contracts.
