Il festival
Porto Rubino nasce nel 2019 come “festival del mare” da un’idea del cantautore pugliese Renzo Rubino. Il format vede artisti di fama nazionale esibirsi nei porti della Puglia a bordo di una barca che funge da palcoscenico. Nel 2020 e 2021 Porto Rubino diventa un docufilm trasmesso da Sky Arte e il 17 Agosto 2022 la quarta edizione del festival approda su Rai2. L’amore ed il rispetto per il mare e per l’ambiente in generale viene celebrato in musica da Porto Rubino in modo nuovo ed originale. Nel 2024 si terrà la sesta edizione.
The Festival
Porto Rubino was born in 2019 as a “sea festival” from an idea by the Apulian singer-songwriter Renzo Rubino. The format sees nationally renowned artists performing in the ports of Puglia on board a boat that acts as a stage. In 2020 and 2021 Porto Rubino becomes a docufilm broadcast by Sky Arte and on 17 August 2022 the fourth edition of the festival arrives on Rai2. The love and respect for the sea and for the environment in general is celebrated in music by Porto Rubino in a new and original way. The sixth edition will be held in 2024.
